1. ● Meeting Mrs.Bero. She is the director of Human Resource Department Office.
She has ever been to
2. Meeting Mrs.Zainab Mkwawa Kondo , District Commissioners. Bwana Assel introduced all of us, and we had a time to talk for a while.
She looks like strict and seems to have charisma personality. Even though I don’t understand their communications, I felt that she listened carefully Mr. Assel’s sayings.
3. ● Introducing TAYODEA projects.
● There were 20 attendees and Mrs Z.M. Kondo , Mrs.Bero and one woman. Almost attendees came from various WEO(Ward Executive Office) in the Tanga.
● Mrs. Z.M Kondo dis opening. When opening was finished, she was out.
● Mr. Assel introdued our projects up to 30~40 minutes. And then We had times to quest and suggest. From time to time Miss Saumu did supplementary explains.
● Although the event was started lately, the working came to be successful.
● Some attendees had concerns deeply and seriously. Almost people had a serious attitudes.
● Two youth of attendees were there.
Hm, I wonder why hey came there, what they attended it for and what they think to heard the Introducing youth projects.
● I could confirm that many adults are concerned about issues of Youth.
● All the time of the Event I tried to listen their sayings. In my result, I have to
understand speaking in Kiswahili as fast
as possible.
My Plan in Tanga (Ver.1)
● For My Living
- Searching House for rent (Up to 1 month)
- Adapting to live new environment
● For Languages
- Throwing my energy to learn Kiswahil.( Up to 6 months and continual)
- Also Devoting myself to the study of English to communicate smoothly.
(So I will spare much times for learning languages.)
● For a Work
- Make a baseline to edit Website-TAYODEA homepage
- Updating the homepage (Up to _months)
- Understanding Activities of TAYODEA
- Having all kinds of experiences as possible
- Finding(Deciding) my suitable activity in TAYODEA (Up to 2 or 3 months)
● For Communication
- With Koica members
- With TAYODEA Staffs and Members
